January – The Bare Bones

Yes it’s the middle of winter and January is generally our coldest month but don’t despair – the days are getting longer and I see signs that Spring is making inroads into Winter.

Get outside on those precious bright, dry days to spot the garden slowly waking up. It’s also the time to order plants and seeds and think about redesigning those parts of the garden that aren’t working for you.

Don’t forget the birds either. They are still fighting to survive the winter and are now starting to sing – a sure sign that the seasons are changing. Put out food and fresh water for the birds and by the end of the month they will reward you with a dawn chorus.

Please do get in contact if you need assistance with your garden update or re-design.
